Kris is a seasoned professional with significant experience in working with leadership teams to realize their business objectives. He has held key Executive and Non-Executive roles as member of Leadership Teams & Boards in private and non-profit organizations, External Management Consultant, and Internal BPR Consultant in various market sectors in Greece, Europe, Asia, Americas, and Africa. He holds an MBA from Brighton University in Organizational Development and Change, Marketing and HRM, and has undertaken a BSc (Joint Hons) course at the University of Salford in Economics, Mathematics and Computer Science. Kris has attended a number of executive education programs & courses in London Business School, INSEAD, MIT Sloan School of Management, and Harvard Law School. Kris is the founder of the Non-Executive Directors Club in Greece, has served in the Board of Directors of Greek Association of Chief Executive Officers and is a full member of the Institute of Directors (London, UK).
Kris has an extensive experience in working with Boards and Senior Executive Teams, in realizing organizational ‘change’ primarily within the telecom, financial services, and manufacturing sectors. His experience includes: Executive Remuneration, Organization Development & Business Planning, Leadership Assessment & Development, Employee Engagement and Human Resources Strategy.

Maria-Daphne is a seasoned Human Resources and Organizational Development professional with significant experience in working with companies to unleash their people, team and business potential. She has worked for over 20 years as an HR executive and business consultant in the USA and Greece. Her consulting experience includes projects primarily within the financial services, telecom, pharma, and manufacturing sectors, with multinational and local organizations in Northern and Southeast Europe, as well as in North Africa. Maria-Daphne is a Certified Psychologist with B.A. in Psychology from Deree College, and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from New York University. She also holds a number of professional certifications in Personality Assessment, Competency Assessment, Behavioral Event Interviewing, Critical Incident Stress Management and Team Facilitation.

More recently, Timis was a Partner with Hay Group, working internationally from their Athens, Singapore and Dubai offices. Timis holds a diploma in chemical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) in Lausanne, Switzerland and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Ismini has over 23 years of experience in Human Resources in the Banking sector and in Services and Technology Companies, of which 10 in Managerial positions. During her career she has worked in most Human Resources functions, such as Training, Attracting and Selecting Executives, Performance Management, Process Planning, Organization, Employee Engagement Programs, as well as digitalization and automation of Human Resources applications and processes. Also, as a member of the Management Team, she had an active role in strategic decisions of the Management. Her experience is not limited to Greece but expands to the Middle East (UAE and Qatar), as well as to Latin America, Africa and Asia, through its roles in multinational companies. The result of her international experience is a particular sensitivity to issues of equal treatment, respect for different cultures and the utilization of best practices from different parts of the world. Ismini holds a BA in Political Science and Administration from the Kapodistrian University of Athens.
